    Who I am

    I am not a consultant who leaves a report and walks away. I listen carefully first, develop a strategy where needed, and then work alongside you on execution. The projects I am most proud of have always grown out of genuine collaboration: open, enjoyable, making room for each other's expertise and working together towards a result everyone can be proud of.

    My strength? I quickly see the big picture and the details that make the difference. Broadly skilled, but never superficial. From brand strategy and branding to live productions, digital tools and AI implementation, I step in where needed.I work just as well independently as in a multidisciplinary team. Open, direct and good-humoured. I stay involved as plans become reality. That is exactly when I want to know whether it works.

    Over more than twenty years, I have worked with a wide range of clients, from municipalities and festivals to SMEs, cultural organisations, startups and international companies. As a coach, I guided startups within Startup Weekends and co-organised various startup events at several editions. This also brought recognition: I was a finalist in the Freelancer of the Year Awards (2017).
